On-The-Day

A down-to-earth approach, with years of experience and extensive industry knowledge, YOUnique Occasions are here to personally oversee your big day, from beginning to happily ever after... .
We will begin by working with you in curating and creating your personal and YOUnique full day run sheet (ensuring that nothing has been overlooked or underestimated).
On the Day we are across every little detail from start to finish. From making sure you and your bridal party have whatever you need (bottles of water, chap stick, pinning on boutonnieres, fixing your dress/veil), to timing your walk down the aisle with musicians and celebrant, mustering your guests for photos all whilst managing coordination of all your suppliers; ensuring they are on time and on task.
We ensure a cohesive and completely stress free experience. right up until the very end of the night, when you make your grand exit as newly weds.

In person or zoom meeting to discuss your big day, and create a run sheet. including all the little details, vendor lists & timings.

Unlimited Contact - In addition to your initial person or zoom meetings we are always just a phone call or email away for all communication, questions, advice, concerns, worries, venting… or even just to chat.

A dedicated On the Day Co Ordinator for your wedding day, available from start to finish. (Rest assured your Co Ordinator will be dressed according to your style & theme, to blend perfectly as your invisible ninja).

Emergency Pack- someone loose a button? Has wet weather surprised you and you desperately need an umbrella? We've got you covered. From bottles of water & snacks to band aids and sewing kits we have it all ready and waiting! (though hopefully we won't need it of course!)

We welcome your guests and provide the information they need.

Coordination of all your suppliers; ensuring they are on time and on task

Oversee setting up all the areas of your celebration; ceremony, canapes & reception

Communication with the celebrant & musicians to cue the bride and her party
